Who am I?

Who am I? 65Checking Your Online Identity

The first time you come into contact with someone online you will probably not feel confident enough to buy from them – and that’s understandable, there are a lot of villains out there LOL! It’s obvious what you do – so that’s not what this post is about!

Connecting with Stories on the Internet 66Telling Stories Online

I heard an interesting webinar today, by Dr Harlan Kilstein, about the power of telling stories as a better way of connecting with your audience than the more traditional online long sales letters we’ve grown accustomed to – and are probably bored by!

If you’re anything like me you speed-read past the mind-numbing rags to riches sales copy and just skip to the guarantee and the price tag – because you know there’s one coming!

Heartless scum and lowlife 69Scum and Lowlife Offline

I’m supposed to blog every day – about my online business life. But that’s taking a bit of a back seat to family and my very ill hospitalised partner for a couple of weeks. However, please forgive me while I vent my fury on the keyboard for the scum and lowfile who STOLE his phone from his hospital bedside while he was asleep.

Removing Spammy Links

Spam Backlinks

Until recently the “in-thing” to get your site (theoretically) to page 1 of Google was to build loads of backlinks to it.

Unfortunately some of these backlinks were very black-hat and considered “spammy” by Google, so may be having a detrimental effect on your pack ranking.

Here’s some advice.
